CDM 2007...

history

Effective from the 6th April 2007 the revised Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) came into force in Great Britain.

With the exception of private residential, all construction work is covered by these regulations and projects in excess of 30 days or 500 "person days" have additional legal duties.

At Ampersand we have embraced these regulations as we see site safety as paramount to the successful implementation of project management and in doing this we undertake independent CDM Coordination along side our existing and already comprehensive services.  We offer CDM services at a competitive, fixed fee, nationally.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that these regulations are implemented.

Feel free to contact Keith on 01279 815651 or 07967 822134 to discuss any of your CDM or Health & Safety needs.
