		2008 and into 2009, direct for the Educational Authorities and in support to Capita Architecture our surveying services have been used on School projects, refurbishments and new builds. Carried out both manually and GPS aided, we have been involved in schedules of dilapidations for landlord negotiations, structural surveys and conditions on new acquisitions for offices supporting the Educational infrastructure.

Full measured building survey, all floors, sections, elevations and services on Junior School.

Full dilapidation schedule, 5 year planned maintenance schedule of repairs together with anticipated costs.

Acquisition survey, single story offices, double story warehouse and surrounding areas. Car parking and landscaping.

Meassured and drawn plans sections, elevations and site. Together with full condition report, property description, planning constraints and identification of building fabric and structural repairs.

Capita Architecture...

In support of Capita Architecture. A major building extension to a Cambridgeshire School. We carried out a full detailed topographical survey across a 5 acre site. All levels, contours and finishes to include soft and hard landscaping and all drainage details.
