Feasibility studies, space planning, architectural and interior design, structural design, tendering, approvals process, project management including CDM Coordination.

Car Parks. West Essex PCT... Vacant part demolished areas and gardens. Brief to provide additional car parking in two lots to comply with NHS standards. Obtain all consents, planning and change of use. Full design and deliver. Full topographical surveys including all landscaping in detail, land contours, hard and soft surfaces and all drainage. Structural design for groundworks, architectural design, layout and surrounds, arboricultural design, project management including CDM Coordination.
